Have file names in a database. Very fast search

I use both HDDB (Hard Disk DataBase) and Lookeen. Both exceptionally useful when trying to find old information. Is it possible to get all of these in one programme. Would need a fairly comprehensive search manager that could handle a combination of strings in a single query, qualified by date range etc. Similar to library search programs.
