Using panes we can view (highlight) those files which do not exist in the other pane. However, there is no way to view and highlight files within folders which are similarly missing in the adjacent pane. Thus, we can only view differences in root folder but not within folders and subfolders. The programme should be able to highlight and list files missing in the corresponding folders in the adjacent pane. This would immensely improve usability and usefulness of the otherwise excellent programme.
